I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with an excellent shower, and the service was exceptional. The location was convenient, although not great, and the dining experience was incredible with a vast selection of fresh food. I found the facilities to be top-notch and the amenities added a nice touch to the overall experience.
The hotel offers simple and clean rooms that provide everything you need, including complimentary food and drinks in a separate block, although the surrounding street and view might not be the most appealing. The convenient location makes it an ideal base for exploring Mahón without a car, offering easy access to the bus station and tourist attractions. The dining experience was incredible with a wide variety of options, but there seemed to be room for improvement in the level of assistance provided.
I was given a corner room that felt a bit smaller than other doubles, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning from the neighbor's house was a bit noisy, though. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful, offering a bottle with a very nice message, despite not being the friendliest. The location was very convenient, being very near the bus station and perfect for travelers without a car. The dining experience was amazing with a wide selection to please everyone, but there were thin crispy fries. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
